The Squamish Hospital Foundation would like to acknowledge and thank RBC for supporting the foundation with a

$10,000.00 GRANT to purchase an echo ultrasound table for the imaging department.

 

The Squamish Hospital Foundation would like to acknowledge and thank TB VETS for supporting the foundation with a 2019 Frontline Heroes Respiratory Grant in the amount of $53,204 towards the acquisition of a Hamilton T-1 SN 3000+ Transport Ventilator.

The Squamish Hospital Foundation would like to thank and acknowledge WLNG for supporting the foundation with a 2019 community grant for $ 3,000.000 towards an ACORN course for 3 nurses at SGH. (Acute Care of at Risk Newborns)

 

 

The Squamish Hospital Foundation would like to thank and Acknowledge the Whistler Blackcomb Foundation for supporting the foundation with funds towards a fetal monitor for maternity.  $15,000.00 has been granted from the WBF and has been matched by the Squamish Hospital Foundation.

 

The Squamish Hospital Foundation would like to thank and acknowledge the PA Woodwards Foundation for supporting the Squamish Hospital Foundation with $81,696.00 to purchase a bedside ultrasound for the Emergency Department.

 

 

The Squamish Hospital Foundation would like to thank and acknowledge the Keystone of Life Foundation for supporting the Squamish Hospital Foundation with $11,051.00 to purchase a electric imaging ER stretcher.

Recent funding from the Squamish Hospital Foundation. Continuing to enhance the service offered at Squamish General Hospital supporting our community.

$4,000- CCHD Monitor- non-invasive monitor to detect critical heart defects in newborns.

$8,900 -“Bili Wand” Non Invasive Jaundice meter for newborns.

New orthopedic surgical equipment for Squamish General Hospital.

The Squamish Hospital Foundation is pleased to announce the purchase of over $140,000 worth of new orthopedic surgical equipment for Squamish General Hospital. This purchase was made possible by a generous donation from a single donor. The new equipment will enhance the orthopedic services available at our hospital and is part of a long term development plan for the orthopedic unit. With help from our community, the Foundation is excited to support the services at our hospital as our community grows.
